1.4.3 Privacy policy (DSI)


Companies are obliged to inform data subjects (i.e. people) about data processing when personal data is collected. This information obligation, which we fulfill by means of a link solution, has nothing to do with the privacy policy for a website - rather, it is about the general processing of personal data in the company.

For this purpose, a short notice text (link) is placed at the bottom of the e-mail. Via this link, the person can call up all data protection information (DSI).

  • The URL will not be placed in the navigation of the website, but only in the email signature of your company
  • The URL (website) in question should be accessible via a simple address, such as  http://www.dein-unternehmen.de/DSI
